WHALE SAFETY / 鲸安

About Whale Safety

A practical safety resource for people whose real or perceived digital wealth may attract attention—and the people around them.

Education and preparation

Whale Safety is an educational publication. We do not provide emergency assistance, dispatch or personal case support. Incident submissions are for editorial review and are not monitored in real time.

People before assets

Prepare financial controls before an incident. In immediate danger, protecting life comes first. No city or custody arrangement guarantees safety.

Designed to be maintained

The baseline is the English and Chinese guidebook, edition 0.3. Sources, review records and bilingual updates are stored in a database. New updates appear beside affected chapters; the baseline is not silently rewritten. Independent security-expert review is still pending.

Your information

Reading needs no account. Checklist choices and bookmarks save in this browser by default. Optional sync on this site uses ChatGPT sign-in and shares your account email with this site; you separately choose whether to use account saves. Account data is accessible to authorized operators and is not end-to-end encrypted. Clear device or account saves from My checklist. We do not request wallet connections, balances, identity documents, home addresses or itineraries. Incident reports enter a private review queue, with a code for status checks and withdrawal. Reports expire after 90 days and are removed on the next report request or daily maintenance run. Hosting providers may retain logs and backups separately. This is not an anonymous, emergency or police reporting service.

Visitor analytics

We keep daily totals of public page views, rule opens, handbook-link clicks and DeGate-link clicks for 180 days. No analytics cookies, visitor IDs, IP addresses, email addresses, full URLs or reading histories are stored in these totals. Private pages are excluded. Hosting providers may keep separate operational logs.

We also respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.

Presented by DeGate

Whale Safety is a DeGate-branded educational resource. Product links are optional and separate from safety guidance; using a wallet does not guarantee personal or financial safety. The nine rules are the starting point; cases, destination guidance and the incident register provide supporting detail.
